The Illusion of Separation - Connecting with the German Buddhist Union
European Buddha Podcast Nr. 44

What is the source of the feeling of separation? We long to connect as human beings - yet we often struggle. In this episode we connected with Anna Karolina Brychcy, board member of the German Buddhist Union (DBU). We spoke about her first experience of connectivity and how important it is to get into contact with yourself as a foundation to experience connectivity with others - eventually leading us to core teachings of Buddhadharma. Tune in to find out what key role Buddhism can play in todays society contemplating the Illusion of Separation.

Anna Karolina Brychcy is a qualified psychologist, coach, communication and mindfulness trainer. She has been practicing Zen and Vipassana meditation in the traditions of Thích Nhất Hạnh, Christopher Titmuss and Ursula Lyon since 2004. Since 2018 she has been a delegate for individual members of the German Buddhist Union.

The "European Buddha podcast" inquires how the wisdom of buddhism is lived and practiced in the „West“. Every last Friday of the month, Emilia Raunio and Martin Landschein welcome guests from various traditions on different topics. See more
