Silent Hiking and Mindfulness for Inclusivity (SIHIMI)
Project to foster inclusivity, mindfulness, and well-being

This initiative is a collaborative effort with partners from Croatia and Slovenia and is funded by the Erasmus+ program. The project aims to foster inclusivity, mindfulness, and well-being through the practice of silent hiking, integrating Buddhist principles with community engagement and civil society efforts in Europe.

This project serves as a meaningful example of how European Buddhist organisations can collaborate with civil society to create inclusive, transformative experiences that resonate across diverse communities. It highlights the potential for Buddhist teachings and practices to contribute to broader societal well-being in innovative ways.
